Is this considered a blister?

I've been playing basketball outside of my foot, and yesterday was burning and damaging our game collection in the past. When I went home and took off my socks, I realized that the skin under my big toe was white which means he was dead or w / e. When I took a shower is saturated and some of it as sorta torn. I noticed that under my skin was all red and was wondering if this is considered a blister? I thought I have as blisters with pus in them … and how to handle this? because it will be a pain to walk around school with it.

This is an inflamed skin blister and did not occur just because of the extra friction and long hours of socks and shoes. Simply apply an ointment and is cured, be careful and avoid the use of shoes until healed. Atleast recover within weeks to dry. Always stay dry.
