Should I get the Nike Dri-FIT Skinny Knee Pad S / M or M / L?

I am a good guy, and I think the knee pad is designed (or at least widely promoted) for women .. Should I get the S / M or M / size L? Is there a difference? I personally use the Asics line I think we have much better fit than the Nike Dri-fit skinny knee pad (I know people who use it) The form has a lot more coverage and it's really not that much thicker. It should not be too much of a difference in the size, I suggest you go over small, because stretch kneepads
