Can I have problems with legal issues for use by the NBA / NFL Equipment Logo on my website?

I am creating a website that sells tickets in particular in sports, concerts and theater events. I use the logo on the event details page, is a small logo of 166 x 114 pixels. Will I get the legal issues about it?, The reason I ask is that website as StubHub and TicketsNow are not included any logo on the event page, but If I go to Ticketmaster to use the logo of the NBA, the NFL event page in detail. I was wandering what could be the reason, copyright or trademark? Another, I found some of the NBA logo is really great to have some modification of the original (eg http://www.wallpaperbase.com/wallpapers/sports/NBAmiamiheat/NBA_miami_heat_1.jpg ), I can use? For me, I'm using the logo to promote the event and not use the material / logo directly benefit from the sale of material / logo.
