Free Basketball Training Drills
Help me make a basketball training program?
I need help making a basketball training program, which covers mid-range, free throws, his left hand and right plates, weightlifting, and going through a period of 2 hours? Please note number of repetitions and work time, and prefer exercises to improve mid-range shot. (Ex: 100 midrange jumpshots 3:00-3:20, etc.)
Hey … if you are interested in training real, custom, drop me a line. This shall include a specific workout shot (Types of lay-ups … regular, power, back, crossover etc … firing positions, etc.), a specific program of strength training, basketball, and I'll include some tips on agility training. Believe it or not, was only doing 100-ups will not help … everything has to be the game speed. Pretend you are playing against your favorite NBA (or school) stars.
