Would it be possible to open an amusement park? Is this a realistic goal?

How realistic of an idea is that to open an amusement park? Is it possible to get enough loans and any other method of raising money to launch the idea? Are there lasting power if we find a good area? How difficult it is to get the land? We were thinking of some of these ideas to include: Paintball Race Karts Miniature Golf Batting Range A gallery and services. I'm not sure how well a gallery would even taking into account how many new forms of electronic entertainment are out. Are there alternatives? Basketball Hoops Maybe even some water slides simple.
