What Basketball Shoes Should I Get?

My dad said i could get some new basketball shoes for 70 -75 dollars max but i don’t know what shoes to get. I currently have the Nike Shox Elite II. I want basketball shoes that come high up for ankle support and something that looks nice and feels comfortable. Any Recommendations are helpful. Remember only 70-75 dollars and links are greatly appreciated.

Nike uptempo series are nice…Being a point guard i dribble back and forth, or make quick changes in directions on breaks…and thats where the ankle support of these kicks come in beautifully. These shoes are meant for guards who push the ball full speed. This link is for the Nike Uptempo Pros

if you’re looking for maybe something better, or can also be played by a forward or guard, i’d say get the Nike Sensations…I dropped 23 points with 8 dimes in these babies summer of 2007. The shock absorbing quality and traction of these kicks are AMAZING. When i play with these, it’s like running on clouds. It also helps to be explosive. These shoes are about 99$ though.

Nike Shox child children?

I have two small children. Cordinated I like them rather than completely dressed alike all the time. I need help with a stupid decision that I need to do on my own. The eldest son I have a blue Ralph Lauren shirt collar and a green younger. I like to dress both in khaki shorts. Now my question is about his Nike Shox. The eldest son has blue Shox and the youngest is red. I can not stand the linkage of the green shirt red shoes (reminds me of Christmas). So I must return the color and resolution Shox for white and gray??? Or should I get both Shox blue? Or am I doing much of a scandal over the green jersey with red Shox? The rest of the shoe is white / gray color only shox and Swoosh trademark. The white shoe am is looking gray and a Swoosh shocks gray. My husband is afraid that the white and gray can not be sustained if the color shox. I just needed someone's opinion. Thanks for your time.
