Does it increase the vertical leap jump rope?

It increases the maximum strength not to jump and skip 2nd gear. If you really want to improve your vertical jump, must first determine what type of bridge you are, a bridge or a power Leaper, as using optimal biomechanics is just as important as having explosive muscle power. Next you need to find out what kind of power or force gaps. The three basic types of strength are: Base strength, transitional power, and explosiveness or reactive power, everyone is different and must be trained in different ways. Now I know many of you wonder what the difference between the three. Good Finally the basis of force is how much weight you can move, Transitional Power is how fast you can move said weight and explosiveness is the maximum speed and distance can move said weight with each stroke. A good routine for vertical jump training exercises include the following: Force base 1: Traditional Squats and pistol squats 2: Deadlifts / base building Olympic lifts 3: Lunges 4: Core Work (Functional Performance Core Strength = The ability to make your pelvis and spine "lock" and work as a single stable unit, not just a 6 pack or being able to do 100 sit-ups) 5: Stretching Transition energy: 1: Box Squats / Tempo Squats 2: Power Cleans 3: Press Press 4: Core Work 5: Stretching Explosion: 1: Traditional ballistic or groups of muscles work inefficiently. You can solve this by completing a full vertical jump test progression and an aptitude test for diagnosis based muscle imbalances you may have. Remember that no matter what type of training program you should make sure that opposing muscles are strengthened and balanced (eg Quads and hamstrings, abdominals and lower back) so do not skip the quad extensions and hamstring curls. If the muscles do not grow strong opposition leading to weak links, energy leaks and imbalances will result in poor or slow improvement and increase the risk of injury significantly. Make a routine that combines plyomertic / bodyweight, free weights and / or acceleration routines.
