How do I get my fingers stronger for basketball?
So I have started training for the basketball season. I have big hands, so you can keep a ball in place with one hand on the top. I can only do so for about five seconds but what I can do or buy for me training helps the muscles in your fingers?
Good question. Here's Wear weight plates (preferably without the lip – the so gently) with your fingers / Hands. Start with a moderate weight and choose a certain distance or time to carry or possess … then increase the weight and time / distance. 3. Make some "handling of the ball "with a medicine ball. No leakage around, but hitting the ball with your hands / fingers to strengthen them. Only a couple of ideas … I hope this helps!
