Im looking for a basketball total of the season outside of the program is, for advanced athlete (now playing in Europe) and Incorperated all aspects of training including, cardio, weight training, skill training, basic training. I would like there to be day by day and step by step instructions excersize. Only one program integral in general. Iv been looking for a long time but I can not find anything me.Im interest on a male 6'3 and weigh about 185 pounds. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Warm-up time allows players to raise their core temperature to prepare for intense activity. Fundamental slides, follow the leader, hourglass, up the Alley are warm-up drills conducted at 65-70%. Dynamic flexibility is demonstrated by hugging knees to the chest as players walk down the floor, groin stretch, lunge step and the scorpion. The next segment includes Plyometric training. Lateral bounds develop explosiveness and are excellent for conditioning. The medicine ball can be used to develop strength and simulate a put back on the offensive glass. The unique "highest point" drill teaches explosiveness and quick reaction. Two-ball dance is an excellent agility drill that is demonstrated by Stein. Another agility drill, the Help Defense drill, utilizes floor cones to improve quickness, shot pressure, and sliding. Stein's training program prepares players to run the floor and play hard every second. Rebound & break is a great conditioning drill where players explode to the rim and sprint the floor. The challenging "Suicide Square" and Wheel drill combine sprinting, change of direction and quickness. All of Stein's drills improve conditioning, foster toughness and improve basketball skills. I can lose more weight this way?

i read online somewhere that if you do cardio, you have to use up your carb to get to the source fat. But strength training is anaerobic, which uses carbohydrates. i can increase the train first and then do cardio to burn calories at a higher rate quantity. Additional details are: I have 13 years of age, 139 pounds, 6'1-2 meters high, and many sports games, i track (long distance and sprinter), play basketball and tennis, I also eat very healthy and an Asian, so I eat rice and Chinese food every day and eat. I lose weight and am considered an extreme sport?

It is more beneficial if you do strength training first and then finish with cardio. That helps you burn more calories. People tend to do cardio first and second train of force, they tend to burn on the cardio part of it. Then, when they get to that part of strength training, does not have as much energy as would, if they had not done cardio. The same is true with strength training first, and finish with cardio, the better for losing weight.

I have to interview someone who is a youth basketball coach and I wondered if someone had the time to answer some of these questions I have. 1. How long have you been training? 2. What is the most affective training for use in adolescents? 3.What training condition was not going to use on your computer? 4. What is the hardest thing about coaching a team of young children? 5. What is most rewarding about coaching a team? 6. What to do with their children who need help to progress? 7. What is the most important factor training in children? 8. Preface: I am only 20 and a sophomore at Clemson. I am a coach of 17 years AAU team during the spring / summer, but I've run some basketball camps for young people. wait 17 years want to work, if not or so. 1. only my second season kicks in practice tonite. 2. Im not too sure what u mean by training more emotional, but if u mean a physical workout, then I make them run like "16's". celebrated racing (1min) with the players run the width of cut 16 times (8 down and back). Also recommend natural exercises: pushups, crunches, and "Supermans" (an exercise in back) 3. noted above on 16 and variations such as 8 in 30 sec or 4 in 15 sec. Full Court also scrimmaging with less than 5 players on a team. 4. , So my kids are not young (17), but I've run some camps summer with youth and Id say get to hear and understand instructions is more difficult. 5. see the players grow as players and people 6. and at age 17, or let them know they need to do some work on your own and correct them on things they are doing wrong. 7. Once again, I coach 17 years old, sorry. But, speaking from the experiences of my fields "ID said repetition is great with young people. 8. With young people: the stationary ball handling drills, exercises platter and passing stationary exercises with a partner. and the coup de grace is always a hit!
