Why is it so low my confidence in basketball?

for some reason I'm playing on this basketball team, but keeps WHT happens is that I have super low confidence everyones I have fear when I know better than anyone is to good I'm very sure.i basketball train 5 hours a day and live in seattle.i am 11.and know I'm good because the coaches of this elite team are asking me to play AAU them because they saw me train.but when I'm playing a game with my team I feel so nevrous barley and can talk and I started shaking. no evidence for this basketball team called rotary select and knw ii can make even a player of the team told me I would and be the best, but I'm afraid Im goin to be nervous, what I can do

You have to start believing in yourself. If you work hard, then you will well. I do not know why confidence is so low that they have given very positive feedback from coaches and others. Do not be nervous, just go out and play. Believe in yourself and your team. The most important thing in basketball is communication so make sure you talk to your teammates is playing. Do not be afraid, if you know your good, and people say your good, then you are good and have nothing to fear.

But I'm a freshman in high school and I want to join my team school. But there would be no training for me, 15 years and for a girl. Please tell me if you know everything. This really helps and would be grateful.

I would like to make a team, I am already a pretty good shot, but I have to improve at dribbling and driving as well as playing fee, the relevant exercises useful? I also need conditioning exercises as well.

I'm doing my lesson plan for Cardio Circuit Training including jogging in place, jump, jump rope, PCN, Shuffle Basketball slides and Salta. He could not know what it means and when I tried Slide Shuffle to search online all I found was the iPod Shuffle, and it was not what I was looking for. Slide Shuffle, a type of physical activity, but do not know exactly what is. I need a clear description of what that means.

Why won’t my feet heal up? It’s been a month and a half.?

So basically the pain in my feet is at the arch. I went to the doctor and he said that injuries regarding the arch of the foot are usually nothing to be worried about, but it’s been 6 weeks since I’ve had this injury. I went to the doctor around 4 weeks ago.

He blamed it on my shoes which had little padding to provide cushioning when I exercised. I’ve gotten special shoes to provide cushioning but my feet still aren’t healed up.

Should I go back to the doctor?
My feet always heal up to a certain point but then they get worse again, and I have no choice but to stay on my feet(eg walk from class to class) because I need to go to school. At one point I gave my feet a full weeks rest and still they did not heal up.

I’ve stopped jogging and playing basketball and I feel like I lost a lot of progress in my leg muscles because I haven’t trained them in awhile.

I suggest you go see a physical therapist. They will know what’s happening and give you exercises to do to help get it better
