What should I do to improve in basketball? Specifically What should I do?

Like the books that I get, what training equipment to buy, what to do mental exercises, physical exercise are the best, so the DVD, and exercises are the best basketball. (Not unless your response complete responses)

How I can improve my vertical leap in a short period of time?

I want to be soaking in the summer I'm in I'm nowhere near as … hitting the height of the board. I'm 5'9. I want some ups! Do you have explosive strength training block? Or is some type of strength training …. slow or fast reps for representatives of the movements of the game of basketball itself. How should I strength train? How many reps I do? I realize when I do a light amount of weight fast I see my results though. I think my body is for light weight and stretching to improve range motion instead of the weight increase so I tried. However, when I operate the light goes through my real representatives as events play basketball or slow and controlled with light weight? I think I've been too heavy for my small body and needs to lose a few pounds over this. 195 lbs. at 5 "9., how I can get my legs to adjust to the extra muscle I have gained over the years. I have to be able to move to higher body weight better.

Hello. I am a high school junior right now and I’m worried about applications this fall. I just want to know whether or not I can get into UC San Diego or UC Los Angeles with these grades/extracurriculars.

My current GPA for soph/1st semester of junior year: 3.75 weighted. I’m aiming for a 4.0+ 2nd semester.

SAT score: 1830, planning to retake and get a higher score of 2100+

im not talking about what city has the best pro sports teams, im talking about which city is the best to live in if i want to have a future in basketball or any other professional sport
so that means the city that has the most sports programs and camps or training academies

It’s not about the city, it’s about the schools and their sport programs. Oklahoma, Texas, California and North Carolina are states with great tradition in sports and lots of great schools.

basketball shoes for bad knees?

been playing basketball for 6-7 years and, recently, my knees are starting to hurt. When i squatting or land after jumping, etc. .. after training or first thing in the mornig are quite rigid, especially when I sit or put standing. Im wondering if you could recommend a basketball shoe would be kinder to my knees? I know I should have my knees checked out, but only at that time ..

Each person has different reactions to the shoes so any response you get with a grain of salt. I find a new balance, while one of the ugliest types of shoes to give more support to my feet and better cushioning than almost any other type of shoes. What I recommend before buying an expensive pair of shoes is to drink more milk (Calcium helps bones and joints.) Glucosamine is a good idea too. You can also do wonders to make a break for a few days on high-impact activities like running and basketball. At that time trying to strengthen your legs doing some exercises like weightlifting Light and swimming is fantastic (one of my favorites is trying to tread water as long as possible with only his legs – while giving a break to try it with just the his arms.)
