hello in Chicago during the summer and living in central im im wondring and if there is a basketball training center near or a basketball camp? I am a woman so I'm wondering about a basketball girl / training center and coz im 21 all the camps I found is for teenagers and I'll be in Chicago for a month so I hope that the camp is in July, anyone know any club or school?

Basketball-How I can improve and play better in every film. What exercises, shooting drills, and training?

Hey, I'm trying get a good shot again in the rhythm. I mostly have focused on my defense and what not and I want to win even in my presence offensive. What training and exercises I can do to improve my skills. As lately I had been eating pizza and ice cream after each day of playing basketball with my friends and I'm not the same to feel athletic. Any good training programs for basketball?

I'm ready to take my game to the next level. If you know of any good, possibly programs downloadable perfect I can help any basketball skills or my conditioning, which would be great. In addition, advice on how I shot even before the game are very welcome.

I recommend best basketball videos. They have something that is common for novice players, but then really get into issues advanced. Whenever you are surprised to discover that many of those basic things you were doing wrong. If you have torrents downloading everything better basketball dvd package in June, which included 1 on 1 offense, defense, shooting, postplay and ball handling. There are lots of sites and videos on youtube too. Just think what you want to search. I could post links but seriously endless. I'll post a link for the best video of basketball though. As for dismissal sought before a game. To listen to music, enter the area, focus on the tasks at hand. Do not show no fear and have confidence in your game. Do you think your the best player on the court and can do anything.

Sports Clubs for adults?

I know this question has been asked before, but I hope to get better results … How can an adult, age 18 + involved in sports? I have 20 and I'm doing out of shape, but I've never been much for training alone. I like competition, but school programs to provide them not see anyway to participate in sports less is not a team sport. I know some places offer them, such as YMCA, but limited ther're basketball and football, not to mention that all age groups are in the same class. Anyone heard of a place that offers information about this?

Well, the school organizes a basketball camp / Tourny and its not manditory. My mom wants me to do, but I will not complete because I have a life during the summer and hanging out with friends. And I'm on the ball club as well. Camp / Tourny is with varsity and Im not ready at all to play or compete with them! Most of the people of my usual team to be there because they go out of town. How I can tell my mom that I did not want to be involved in this because only Ball Club is stressing me! Please help me!

exercise routine for 14 years?

I just turned 14 three weeks ago and I am currently at 5 "6 atm my schedule is Monday: rugby Tuesday: Wednesday kickboxing: rugby training, basketball Thursday: Friday kickboxing: free weekend, free weight lifting incoroprate want it somwhere (I just want create my arms so that things like biceps curls and triceps) which day should I do in them to grow and continue to grow even higher and I can work my abs on the same day please write me a workout that works my arms and abs and that day I do it THANKS: D NOTE: I want to attend training dumbbell only

Same I turned 14 last week and im 5'6. I usually just do a couple of representatives of both biceps and triceps curls every day. Maybe about 4 repetitions of 25 in each muscle on each arm.
