I am coaching a junior basketball team now. We havent been doing very well. The children came up to me and asked why they couldnt play like them, when I stopped playing for fun during the EP. You do not run plays for PE. Just want to do that and not the work of an offense established. They think they can play better doing that then the creation of a crime. What you should know about having a joint attack and not just running?
let them have fun. you probably do not like the work and all that, because the limits and not allow them to be creative. let them play like they play in the gym for a game. that could go well as they can enjoy more and play harder, or going to play better together, like this. does not hurt to try, especially the sense that it are doing a lot of heat in the first place

Well LeBron James at 6 '8 "is considered a small forward so everything is relative to the level of competence. But think about what LeBron does. He is the Cleveland attack and to run their offense through and we expect it may fall from a bridge high proportion or unit of the street, failing which is supposed to move to an open man who can shoot, drive or mate. Thus if you also can record a mid-range jumper, the drive for a layup or mat, his coach will run the offense through you. If not, function the defense is all about speed and attitude. It is assumed that pressure and get ballhandler turn the ball into the pot or in a bad way, or make him take a picture under percentage, or do it in a defensive unit that is able to defend it. The key to good defense is quick feet and hands and the persistence of the five players. You not have a team score and not keep you from scoring. What we do is take them down on every possession. This is so for two reasons. The more they have to work hard for every shot on goal, the more likely an error will result in a turnover or missed shot and missed the rebound. Generally frustrated a team and when that happens, then they lose concentration and stop playing sound defensively. When that happens the result will be easier scoring opportunities for his team, which, in turn, puts further pressure on his opponent to score against a defense that is full of energy and wants the ball to score more points. It's a vicious circle and generally the defensive effort that breaks down the opponent's offense and opens the possibility of defeat. Good luck. Work on your dribbling, passing and shooting, in that order, with both hands. But it all starts with your feet. The faster the feet, the greater the advantage it will have on the offensive and defense.

People say I pick up the left or right selection to alert the defense of teamate that there is a peak is and how. Since the defender has his eyes on the man and the screen is set behind them, this lets you know the selection is there. Otherwise their would be some nasty collisions. It also lets you try to go above or below the selection.

I have a Nikon D40 and sometimes it's a miracle to get a good shot. What is the better setting for an indoor gymnasium with terribly dark lighting? I take photos of basketball and volleyball and are therefore hard to capture. I tried sports, but its value to blur. Also for pictures of football that the best scenario would be swift action outdoors? Thanks in advance = D
That depends entirely on what lens to use. I use the D40. Most use "A" on the line is aperture priority and I change the focus switch to allow the autofocus lens. Otherwise, you can also use automatic mode without flash. See the following links. I learn a lot from there.

In basketball, it set a back screen for illegal defense?
A legal screen is where you are standing firm, no movement, foot and shoulders apart, with arms at your side, while defender enough space to step around you when you set the selection (when not realize selection is set). My question has to do with "acting" like you are setting a peak in one direction, but actually to establish a truck with the back of your body, rather than the front. Standing firm, not moving is still valid. This is a movement that I have used for years and never had she made a call. Yesterday someone made a comment about it and I can not seem to find an answer.
