Basketball Rim Lock

What I can do to my hip and how I can treat it?

About two weeks ago I was doing lunges with a weight on my shoulders for basketball and I felt that my partner on the left hip. It hurts, my leg locked up and I fell. The coaches were there and told me to keep going. I would see the coach after the words, but they were gone the weekend of 3 days. For the next 2-3 days when I sat down I felt like my leg was paralyzed. It hurt sooo bad to lift the leg and could barely move at all. He could still walk but with a slight limp. Well its been a couple of weeks now and its getting better but still hurts when I move in certain positions. I used to be able to dunk with ease and now I can barely grab the rim. basketball courts are soon and I dont want to go to the trainers cuz i dont want to sit back and risk my spot on the team. If anyone has any clue about what I did and / or how I can treat it pleaseeeee tell me!

A sharp noise should be checked. If pulled a tendon, I do not want to ruin the hip forever. I know how difficult it is to be ready to play and then injured. It may be something that can be treated easily. You do not want to injure yourself worse, and you can do that. When you play very hard and they are promoting something, usually hurt the other side and then you are injured on both sides. Just go and do what coach says. His responsibility to his team says must be 100% or your trainer OK. Go on and go. . .

How I can improve in basketball?

I write with my right hand but I can not shoot with it I am a good shot with his left hand if I forget that is because it leaves the rim. But with my right hand i pull over and shoot. I can not throw but I have blocking defense. I do not play tight my crime is generally disconnected but my passing and shooting. Defence I can remove the ball and acquisitions force shift. How I can improve my offense

Practice, practice, practice. Exercise ball handling with both hands every day. Find a partner and work in their step. Work on moving without the ball screens (cut, trim, which comes screens, etc) do not worry about shooting with his right hand (beyond trays, it should work.)

basketball problems!!!!!?

i am a great 3-pointer in our school. in fact in our last sportsfest, i scored 40 points (most of them are 3’s). i am not a very good defender but i can get some interceptions of passes. i am not good when it comes inside the rim and when i getting lay -ups but i am running for MVP now in our school. will i am gonna be a good basketball player someday? i am 5 feet 4 inches in height and in junior high school.

Honestly, u might be good, but unless u grow considerably in the coming years, u wont get looked at by many colleges. Work on defense alot. I was scouted alot in high school, and the scouts I talked to are more impressed by defense than a great offensive player who can’t play defense. So work alot on that. Scoring will always be there for you, but work on improving the skills that you haven’t mastered.

With the passage of what would make a diffrence but you get a spring in the rear of the tire carry the weight much better. so I would recommend just getting a normal rim and get a spring in the back!
