my really good guy friend is starting to tickle me a lot and things, is he flirting?i just can’t tell///?

He tickles me and while we’re playing basketball in his room [on his little hoop on the back of his door with a mini ball] he grabs me from behind and brings me down on top of him on his bed and sometimes gets like on top of me on the floor. I don’t know what he’s doing but at the time i thought he was just trying to get the ball…in an aggressive like manner. He didn’t start doing this until we got a little older, i was about 12 or 13 and he was 15 or 16. We’ve known eachother since i was six and he was eight [if that helps at all] I’ve asked some of my friends what they think and they seem to think that it’s flirting but i want some outside help! How can I get a mini indoor basketball hoop (picture included) to hang on a wall?

I tried to tape it but then when I throw the ball, the hoop falls off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
