Where can I find a basketball workout routine for a beginner?
I'm looking to get into the basketball, but I do not know what kind training techniques they can use. Is there a website or book that someone can guide me so I can learn the rules and learn to play? I need a in-depth description of the exercises I can do, show them pictures also be an advantage. Thanks in advance.
