What is the real low down on the Navy Physical Education Boot-Camp?
I'm 34 years old, Special Education Teacher and Coach Basketball. I'm 6 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 220 lbs. I workout every day even run / walk, push ups, crunches, mountain climbers, and weight training. 'm Capable of doing 70 + abs at 2:00, 30 push-ups at 2:00 and I've been averaging around 14:30-15:00 to run the 1.5 miles. I hope to be in "pass level" in the push-ups and 1.5 mile run before going to training camp on June 9. I definitely want to be passing the PT test first. Any former recruits who can give me the bottom of the regiments of PT and what exercises would be best to do in the 11 weeks remaining before I would be very appreciated. What years ago a typical daily PT session includes? How serious is 34 years, former teacher and coach stand out? Thanks for any information that can provide?
Let's just say it's a walk in the park. Being a coach or teacher will not make highlight … is 6'7 "WILL, lol! The "children" you are called "old", "Pops" or "dada" yet! BTW … you can only chain of 30 lizards and 70 sit together? Come on boy … get to work and get busy! Get on with your current routine pothole, but those numbers … especially if Wnt to show the "youngins" how we, older people can still do!
