How to be good in basketball one on one?

What kind of moves that you have to practice? I am in 8 grade and 5.9ft tall and practice 2 ~ 3 hours a day. But I'm planning to increase training for 3 ~ 4 hours a day. I started playing basketball about 3 months and I often feel embarrassed when people look at me for my ability pathetically poor and low. And also, there is a guy who keeps saying 'wow' and mocking from me every time I try to be cold and not moving. I want to kick his ass.

one-on-one is very different from the basketball team, I was confused because it sounds like you want to be good on the basketball team in that detail, but in the title that says one-on-one. I'll give you some general tips that helped me since I was a shooting guard. 1. See a lot of basketball at all levels of ability, high school games would be perfect for you and see how they move great man where are and how your body position (one to one that just look a their movements and body position to the computer where you look the ball is in respect to player and how they adapt. 2. peak work periods, its high for qualification so you need a big play. to work in a lot of years on end 3. when we have the ball in his hands moves do not work against fundamental luxury. So use a boat to pass strong first blast someone (tip: look at his feet, and if one foot is closer to you to force the attack that side otherwise) 4. Being able to dribble well with both hands, being able to make lay-ups with both hands, being able to reverse lay-ups with both hands 5. He moved to work, (regardless of whether it is a copy of his counsel make sure you know where you are with your hand or your body), up and under, roll, spin, slide power. pump fakes, extensions of the Cross 6. This box is very important when a SHOT GOES OFF, when you have the ball and attack KEEP THE BALL IN HIGH 7. because of his height he can not wait to shoot well. work in the mid-range shots No 3 balls, shot dead in suspension vs. whole, roll the ball in front of you and pivot to it. 8. Defense gets in his defensive position in the hand by the other area and abdominal opponents look at you to know where it goes. if you have a weak left hand strength that way. Do not jump to the forgeries of the pump 9. use his body as his lead back to people by address forgery wrong and end on the strong side .. sometimes switch 10. try to improve their speed, especially its initial velocity, and work in a rapid release of its learning so if you want to be good, must now work with both hands all the time no matter how difficult that is, the correct way of shooting and not "change, record a lot of free throws to get the form and do a lot of shots all forms of mid-range on both sides of the court. Play a lot, and people see the game. When he takes it with authority DONT TAKE IT be soft, no one gets mad if it is not difficult to play dirty. Best of luck, and people with a wide mouth usually can not support, So do not worry with practice you do your little B * @ #%
