Basketball Training Methods
method of training to jump higher?
I am 5'10''/ 5'11''y can pick up a basketball hoop with my fingers (as in a standard high school). Just wondering if anyone knows a good training method to help improve my jump that extra few inches to kill me.
Jump plants, are very good. Try looking on youtube for the videos in Jumpsoles training and workouts. Jump plants are quite expensive so you can learn to make your own on YouTube if u can not afford the real ones. But I would suggest getting the real ones, because it comes with a DVD in training and other things to do.
