I have 16 years. Basketball game for one of the best schools in New Jersey. I'm trying to put 15, or 20 pounds by next season (November) (I'm 6'5 (165 lbs).'m doing an intense workout (strength training) and I take Muscle Milk twice a day when I exercise and on days that I should not take it before bedtime. Anyway, my doctor and my coach said I have to take multiple vitamin with my muscle milk (take some time every day).
