How I can improve my vertical leap in a short period of time?
I want to be soaking in the summer I'm in I'm nowhere near as … hitting the height of the board. I'm 5'9. I want some ups! Do you have explosive strength training block? I realize when I do a light amount of weight fast I see my results though. I think my body is for light weight and stretching to improve range motion instead of the weight increase so I tried.
