I want to make the JV team next year but I shoot from my waist will I still make the team if I shoot from my waist tryout r in one year if I won’t make the team if I shoot from my waist
Then how can I learn to shoot from the side of my head please give me step by step

You gotta have the right form to make a school team. You need to shoot from above your head, not from the saide and not from the waist.
