Basketball Shooting Coach
Basketball Shooting Coach

Do the duties of a coach depends on what the coach for that sport? If so, what are the duties of a basketball coach?

I know a coach that people have told me they do not know how to do his job as coach. Therefore, I am curious to see what the basketball coaches, coaches, in general, or experienced basketball players would have to say about what should be required of a good coach. Most importantly, they began to someone you team, which clearly has an intense love of the game, a positive attitude, general skills of great work ethic, and good (particularly in shooting), but just need a better knowledge and understanding of the game and then work with them in the preseason to get caught up in knowing and understanding the game before the season starts. … I'm Sorry, I know it's a difficult question. However, if you're a basketball coach, the coach, in general, or a seasoned basketball player, or even if only one person at random browsing questions about basketball and really feel you have an answer this, I encourage you to give it a shot. =)

I would like think that a basketball coach shares many aspects and characteristics with the team coaches. For example, it is important for all coaches who have a strategy or a protocol that allows a team to win games. Secondly, a coach knows that discipline and justice is a must have. Finally, a coach must have basketball, football, baseball, IQ etc. They have to know how to play the game and how the game inside out. A basketball coach also has the right individual of any other sport. They need to know to put on the court, it is best to keep opponents, opponents weaknesses, your own computer weaknesses and how to correct them if possible. They have to recognize problems and work to solve them. If the problem is not solvable, they have to create problems for the opposing team or make changes to the list. A player that has an intensity, positive attitude, good work ethics and skills, but lacks the b-ball skills and IQ is a good investment. A coach who almost have no reason to contribute to the development of a player. I would not say that a player with potential should be worked only in the preseason .. But it would wise he / she play in regular season games so you can get first hand experience (b-ball IQ can develop much more effective in this way) and teach them all year. Because basketball is a fast-paced game that allows players to quickly learn undeveloped. Hope this helped.
