YEAH! I did my basketball team!?

Championships I was very nervous and struggling to do basic things and this is a very competitive league and our team has won 3 times in a row going 29-0 every year. I did, but at the bottom of the depth chart (sux lol ..). I know I'm better than most people in our team, but I would improve enough to make obvious or make the headlines. What should I do to get my shooting, passing, and jump better?

Congratz to make the team: To improve the shot, I would do one of my coaches called 10 60 10, which make 10 trays right hand, then make 20 shots from the band, 20 free throw, and 20 other wing. Complete with 10 trays left. To skip it would jump the wall for 60 seconds, take a break and do it again. To pass, that was to find someone with more advanced basketball skills so they can spend with you and give you advice. This can also help if you want to improve their ball handling / Defense. You can do an exercise called "air regulator" with the other person, when a person driving to the court and the other person is in defense trying to make the turn handles the ball as possible. Lots more exercises, but these are some of what we do in practice. Good luck! =)
