What is the true measure of real basketball rim line freethrow?

'coz they say freethrow line is 15 feet from the basket, but how about the space under the rim and the backboard, sometimes called "reference" where players wander under the basket? freethrow line is really 15 meters away from the basket real edge? or is 15feet away from the base (line) of the court?

From 15 feet from the center of the rim or cylinder. There is about 2 1 / 2 feet to work with the center of f the edge of the bass line! The 3-point line is measured from the centerline of the wheel too! But the court is 90 meters bass line bassline!
