How I can improve in basketball?

I write with my right hand but I can not shoot with it I am a good shot with his left hand if I forget that is because it leaves the rim. But with my right hand i pull over and shoot. I can not throw but I have blocking defense. I do not play tight my crime is generally disconnected but my passing and shooting. Defence I can remove the ball and acquisitions force shift.
