Height / rim free throw at a different distance on a normal fitness professionals in the courts?

I wonder if the height of basketball hoop in my gym High School or any normal gym is as high as those of professionals such as health clubs in the NBA. And the draft-line distance, is that the same or different in the two types of gyms? because if they are the same, then all NBA players should have a 99% correct.
