What is the best way to remove the basketball pole / hoop in my garden? It is in concrete.?

I looked around the outside of my football club. Then Jack rented a hammer and dumped two feet of concrete. The pole is not moving yet. I have a hole two feet deep. I wonder if I should rent a circular saw to see the pole below ground level (which will work?, have you tried?) or should I dig up more of my grass and dirt around the concrete and the post so you can Jack Hammer rent again and reach over the side. I fear that this person can be on pole in the buried deeper than I can go with a Jack Hammer.

Cut it off with a reciprocating saw or a small angle grinder. Enough about 4-6 inches below ground level. Make sure you have someone to hold the pole while cutting.
