Basketball Backboard Paint
What to do when a very rude neighbor built his fence on your property?
My neighbor is an idiot. She lives next door. If we give up our ways of while unit acts like a NASCAR race. He has called our local economic development in us because he broke his board our basketball goal and he lied saying that the glass was everywhere. It is 1 / 8 "Plexiglas and none was on the floor. I took the remaining board and replaced it with a sign that says "idiot" and pointed to her house. Now, I want her near my property. Can I just destroy the fence section that is on my property? Can I paint colors of the rainbow? Any advice would be helpful. The same agency reported that I refused to do anything about it.
The first thing they forget most people …. is likely to live in their current residence for at least a few more years as your neighbor. This statement of fact should be in the place of their decision making as it moves forward. That said … You should be able to locate the probe rods driven into the ground to designate the corners of your lot. If Cannont find them, a survey so that appropriate boundaries can be identified. Once the corners or bars identified by the survey, or a new survey, place a wooden stake at each corner. Then look down between the challenges to confirm the fence is his property. If the fence is on your property you have the upper hand and should proceed in a methodical professional. Ask politely to move so that resides fully on your property. Not angry, furious, angry, rude or anything else, keep it professional and similar businesses. If you disagree with the location of the fence, says stakes / marketer of the survey. If you receive is rude … just walk, remember, you have the upper hand. Argueing, fighting, calling each other names will solve anything, but do more difficult for you to get what you want. If the fence is on your property and refuses to move. Pen style a professional letter that includes a copy of the survey (new or original, when he bought the house) and the state you want to remove about a period of 30 days. Send this letter to him via certified mail. If you refuse the receipt get the letter back, DO NOT open the envelope. At the end of 15 days send a certified letter second applicant to remove the fence within 15 days. If he refuses receiving the letter of 2 get back, do not open the envelope. Keep all receipts and letters of letter returned. At the end of 15 days, using a line chalk, mark where the fence crosses their property. Post a 'warning' on the fence at that point by stating that the design section will be eliminated by a specific date that is 5 days away. Pre-determined date, contact your local Sherrif / police and explain that you will be removing the fence and your neighbor has not cooperated and suspected to be trying to avoid elimination. This alerted so they can 'swing' during the process of eliminating or at least be in the area when you start the removal process. If your neighbor tries to stop the removal of the fence, go inside your house and call the authorities. When they get to show the ceritified letters, the notice of withdrawal, survey, etc. Then you will remove the barrier and convince your neighbor either watch or go to jail. It is a long .. I know … but note that the first statement! In addition, having the bars of the survey was a neighbor can not discuss the fence on the line. You can say however that the straw poll are correct, then you are forced to take a new survey to ensure that you are correct. The surveys could cost about $ 350 to $ 400. Hope this helps and good luck. Oh .. I'm not sure what state you are, but in Texas, if someone builds a fence that crosses the property line and the property owner is aware that adjance is on the line and do nothing for a specified period (5 years I), then the property line is shifted to where the fence is. So … must ensure that the fence is where it belongs.
