Shaky Spalding Basketball Pole?

I have a 60-inch glass tabletop Spalding board system with a three-piece, 4 inches by 4 inches from pole. The polo looks very nice, but every time I kill someone or shoot a hard shot off the rim, trembles the whole system and it worries me terribly. The base of the system seems fairly robust, as it is screwed into the base plate with 4 screws specifically J-according to instructions. Anyone have any suggestions? I have considered possibly the pole filling with concrete or strip down to earth with bungee cords.

Most configurations should already come with "strings" bungee " or a rope that is anchored in the ground. My mom did. I would definitely recommend establishing the link somehow.
