Can not dump a portable basketball net?

If I buy a portable basketball hoop like Huffy or those that populate the base splading with sand or water. Would it be possible to tip over the rim when dunking if they weigh 185 + pounds?

Maybe if you hang it leans more, but if I were you, I have to put something heavy as sandbags or bricks from a major back so you are sure that no tipping. Hope this helps!

Neighbor complaining about me playing basketball outside …. is also illegal?

hey .. I live in a court and have a basketball net and move through the network to the center of the court and play basketball. My neighbor is angry because he doesn't like us playing because "we hit your car with the ball" (but cannot …. i dont say that just make us … maybe once in a while the ball rolls his car taps n) … thats your excuse because quite frankly just doesn't want to play outside. On the other hand, says that putting a video camera in the window of his forehead to the court and watch us play so you can see the ball and hit the car. Is this legal? is allowed the supervision of the court? I live in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada …. even if u dont live here .. is it legal where u live?
