You are much more likely to get a useful answer them in a couple of paragraphs of random idiots on the Internet. I'm sure that baseball and the coaches I want basketball to do well, and would be happy to point you in the right direction. If the coaches do not have anything, like my son was, have already taken a page or two things you should do in the offseason.
