Why nylon clothes always get the static electric charges when they use?

I never remembered that this problem a few years or more ago, but it seems that nowadays whenever wear nylon (especially basketball shorts, but also some shirts and a T-shirt basketball), the clothes that always brings a kind of static charge. It feels very itchy and when I pull up the clothes, always cracks … Any ideas on what is happening and how to avoid this problem? I just hope my body does not become electrically charged -__-… Thanks for help.
